House Rules & Guest Policies

1. Respect the Home
Treat the property as you would your own. Avoid excessive noise or careless behavior. Report accidental damage promptly.

2. No Parties or Events
Parties, loud gatherings, or events of any kind are not permitted without written approval.

3. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Be mindful of neighbors and outdoor noise levels.

4. Cleanliness Expectations
Keep food and trash properly contained. Do not leave wet towels on floors or furniture. Load the dishwasher before checkout. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.

5. Parking
Park only in designated areas. Do not block neighbors or roadways. RVs, boats, and trailers may require prior approval.

6. Safety & Security
Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Do not tamper with smoke detectors, CO detectors, or security systems. Firearms must be stored safely.

7. Appliances & Systems
Use appliances responsibly. Do not alter breakers, wiring, or HVAC settings outside normal ranges. Notify management if something stops working.

8. Outdoor Areas
Respect landscaping and outdoor furniture. Clean grills after use. Follow any posted rules for fire pits or outdoor equipment.

9. Trash Disposal
All trash should be bagged and placed in exterior bins before checkout. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.

10. Checkout Procedure
Before departing, Guests must:
• Load and run the dishwasher
• Take out all trash
• Return furniture to original placement
• Turn off lights, fans, and appliances
• Lock all doors

A tidy exit ensures a smooth transition for the next guest.
